My Sister's Keeper-Greta

Happy Birthday to this angel who I was fortunate enough to spend 14 magical years with and with great honor call my baby sister. Today we would've been celebrating you turning 27. Sadly we can only celebrate in spirit.

Many people who don't know me on a personal level, don't know Greta's story because after all these years, it's still painful to mention. Here's a small portion her story. July 27th 2008 was the last day we saw or heard from Greta, August 1st 2008 the name GRETA TIM was officially labeled a missing person by Irvington Police Department.

Greta was just 14 years old, she never had the chance to finish high school, go to prom, attend college, have children, nor did she have a chance to be the amazing aunt I knew she would be to her niece & nephews.

I've seen my mom at her lowest, anger and depression ripped through my family causing a major separation and Greta's disappearance pretty much caused everyone to FALL APART. What seems like a normal day in the silent life of horror we were living for almost 4 years..April 12th 2012 Breaking News "Human Remains found in Parsippany" appeared on the telivision.

Like every other time that headline showed up, we sat in incertainty. Two days later we were informed dental records and DNA confirmed the remains was in fact those of our missing baby girl. Life has been (or what feels like) a stand still since then.

In honor of it being Greta's 27th birthday today we ask that if anyone have information in regards to Greta's disapperance, please contact Parsippany Police Department (973)-263-4300
